20KV Class Oil Immersed Transformer

1. The low-voltage winding of the oil-immersed transformer adopts copper conductors for small magnetization, and the high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure. The winding ampere-turn distribution is balanced, the magnetic leakage is small, the mechanical strength is high, and the short-circuit resistance is strong.

2. The coil and iron core are vacuum dried. The oil-type transformer adopts the technology of vacuum oil filtration and filling to minimize the moisture in the transformer.

3. The fuel tank adopts corrugated plate. With a breathing function, it can compensate for changes in oil volume caused by temperature changes. Therefore, this product has no oil conservator, which significantly reduces the height of the transformer.

4. Since the corrugated plate replaces the oil conservator, the transformer oil is isolated from the outside world. This can effectively prevent the entry of oxygen and water and cause the insulation performance to decline.
