Prefabricated Compact Substation

YB series prefabricated substation consists of four parts: high voltage room, low voltage room, transformer room and enclosure. The shell is designed according to foreign technology and according to the actual situation; the high-voltage side adopts a load switch or a vacuum circuit breaker; the top cover of the box body is designed with a double-layer structure, which has a good heat insulation effect.

Prefabricated substation combine high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact complete set of power distribution devices. The box material is made of channel steel, aluminum alloy and flame-retardant composite materials. European-style transformers have the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility.

Prefabricated substation are used for outdoor prefabricated substation equipment accessible to the public with a primary side AC rated voltage of 12kV, a transformer capacity of 1600kVA, and an operating frequency of not more than 50Hz. The substation is externally connected by cables and can be operated from inside or outside it. It is used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential quarters, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mining and oil fields, and temporary construction sites, etc., for receiving and distributing electric energy in power distribution systems.
